Submit a Session Report
A session report must be submitted for each tutoring session on the day that it occurred. You can submit a report here.
Student employees are responsible for submitting their own hours in UltraTime by the end of each pay period. Unless an employee is working on Friday afternoon, hours must be submitted by noon on the Friday at the end of each pay period, and they must submit matching session reports or monitor time cards for all hours in UltraTime.
Pay period end dates for Spring 2017 are: 1/20, 2/3, 2/17, 3/3, 3/17 (Spring break, submit prior to leaving campus), 3/31, 4/13 (note Thursday date due to Good Friday), 4/28, 5/12. Paychecks are posted via Direct Deposit one week after the end of each pay period.
Tutoring Hours and Locations
All tutoring sessions must take place in a pre-approved location. If you need to meet at a different time or location due to necessity, you must get pre-approval from the Tutor Coordinator. For a list of times and locations, view our Hours.
