Submit a Session Report

A session report must be submitted for each tutoring session on the day that it occurred. You can submit a report for a session here. 

Tutoring Locations

All tutoring sessions must take place in person in the 109 Coleman Morse study center or in a supervised study hall unless otherwise approved by the tutor coordinator.

Payroll Information 

Student employees are responsible for submitting their own hours in UltraTime by the end of each pay period. Unless an employee is working on Friday afternoon, hours must be submitted by noon on the Friday at the end of each pay period, and they must submit matching session reports or monitor time cards for all hours in UltraTime.
